All jewelry sold by Kibali Jewelry is made from real gold.

We strive to display all products, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or size may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are displayed in KD (Kuwaiti Dinar).

We accept secure payments through approved credit and debit card providers.

Kibali Jewelry reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Kuwait only.

Estimated delivery time is between 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Kibali Jewelry is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Kibali Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
