At Kibali, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

Because our pieces are made from real gold and handled with care, returns or exchanges are accepted under certain conditions.

Return and Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, with no signs of damage or alteration.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours  so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your return or exchange.
